Whether you are a host or a renter, having a great public profile helps you accomplish your end goal of either reserving a space or getting your space reserved. People feel more comfortable making deals with familiar connections, and your public profile is a great way to let people get to know you.
Here are a few tips to improve your public profile:
- Let your personality come through as you pick a good picture and write about yourself and maybe even your family. People love authenticity!
- Add a good profile picture.
- Share hobbies and interests.
Hosting
Do you have Rooms, Storages, Parking lots? Do you like earning some extra income? Are you legally responsible for or have been given permission to rent out the space? If you answered yes to these questions then you can host on Ezynest!
If you are creating a listing in your area and you notice there aren’t many listings in your area — don’t worry! Ezynest can be anywhere you are! If there are not many people using Ezynest in your area, you can share your listing on Facebook, classifieds websites, and by telling your friends and family to spread the word!
Hosts can sign up and list their space completely free!
As we want to help everyone monetize their unused space, Ezynest does not make money by charging hosts to rent their space.
Renting
Finding listings has never been easier! We want to help you find the listings you need at an affordable price. When you are searching for listings, you can focus your search by using the filters and reading through the host’s description.
To search for storage:
- Enter your preferred location into the search bar.
- If you want to further narrow your search, you can use the optional search filters.
- Click on the listing to see the listing description, features, pricing, photos, and more.
- You can contact the host through Ezynest messaging by clicking the send request button.
If you still can’t find something that fits what you need, share Ezynest on social media and let your friends and family know what you are looking for.
If a listing is visible on Ezynest’s search pages, then the listing is currently available. Additional time restrictions may be listed in the space description.
Potential renters can also message the host before making a reservation to ensure the listing details have not changed and to make sure it is a good fit for both parties.
